Our services are limited to "unreserved legal activities" as defined under Section 12 of the Legal Services Act 2007.
1. Scope of Advisory Services
Our consultancy provides strategic commercial guidance, contract analysis, UK, EU, and US compliance onboarding, risk management advisory, and corporate governance structuring. We do not engage in any activity reserved by statute for regulated legal practitioners. Specifically, we do NOT undertake:
- Conduct of litigation or court advocacy
- Conveyancing or real estate transfers
- Probate or administration of estates
- Immigration representation before tribunals
- Notarial acts or administering oaths
- Holding client monies in escrow / SRA Client Accounts
2. No Solicitor-Client Relationship
Use of this website, our client dashboard, or booking a consultation does not create a statutory solicitor-client relationship. While all communications are maintained under strict commercial confidentiality, they do not attract legal professional privilege (LPP) in the same manner as communications with an SRA-regulated solicitor.
3. Professional Indemnity & Intermediary Instruction
Where a client's matter escalates to require formal representation in UK courts or formal reserved legal activities, our consultancy acts as a commercial intermediary. With your explicit consent, we instruct independent, qualified, and SRA-regulated solicitors or BSB-regulated barristers to act on your behalf. Our commercial advisory practice maintains robust independent Professional Indemnity Insurance tailored for commercial consultancy.
