1. Advisory Scope & Exclusions

Subscriptions provide B2B commercial legal consultancy and document review on an advisory-only basis. Retainers exclude court litigation, formal SRA-regulated dispute representation, and M&A transactional negotiations, which require a separate engagement.

2. Turnaround Times (SLA)

Standard response SLAs (48 hours for One-Off Legal Services and Monthly retainers, 24 hours for Quarterly, and Same-Day for Annual) apply during official UK business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 UK time), excluding UK statutory bank holidays.

3. Reasonable Workload Limits

Advisory tiers are designed for standard corporate legal support. Document reviews are subject to reasonable volume limits (for example, agreements up to 15–20 pages). Exceptionally lengthy or complex M&A documentation may require additional hours and a separately agreed scope.

4. Capacity Review & Tier Adjustment

We review retainer utilisation periodically. If a client consistently exceeds the allocated advisory capacity by more than 25%, we may propose a review and discuss whether a higher-tier retainer is appropriate.
